Located in front of the swimming pool for adults and children, stay close to our main reception area, kitchen area and green area. These spacious, modern rooms meet and exceed all the basics for comfort and quality for the whole family.
The complex of standard rooms borders a large green space where you can relax and enjoy the many species of birds that nest and feed in the treetops. Each standard room is connected by a shared terrace and a corridor. These rooms are ideal for large groups who want to be close to each other to make planning and organizing daily activities a breeze.
All our standard rooms have their own private bathroom. Rooms also include cable television, mini refrigerators, and air conditioning. The standard room rates include the enjoyment of our facilities, private parking, free internet and privileged proximity to the exotic beaches of the province of Guanacaste.
Conchal Room (#3), has an extra sofa bed and the single beds are bunk bed.

Our two main suites: Avellanas and Ostional, named after two of the main beaches in the Guanacaste area.
These two private suites are spacious and comfortable.
Each suite features a beautiful bed handcrafted from Costa Rican hardwood. Other features include a private bathroom, cable TV only in Avellanas (#6), air conditioning, coffee maker and mini-fridge.
Avellanas has single sofa-bed style beds while Ostional has 2 separate single beds and a work desk.

Apartment #5 has a sofa bed in the second bedroom so the sixth person can sleep there comfortably.
