The property is completely closed, safe and private, it also has parking for 3 large vehicles (similar to a Toyota Prado), which will be protected within the property by means of an electric gate and a concrete wall.
In addition, the pool is private, it is not shared with other people, we have an outdoor charcoal grill, a large terrace with a fan and a desk with two dining sets.

- The main room has air conditioning, cable TV, King size bed, single trundle bed and private bathroom.
- Room #2 has a queen bed, single sofa bed, smart tv, closet and air conditioning.
- Room #3 has air conditioning, desk and smart tv.
- The dining room is spacious with a wooden table for 7 people and a breakfast area with 3 spaces.
- The kitchen has everything you need, side by side refrigerator, gas stove, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, blender and kitchen utensils.
- In the common area there is a small garden, hammock, chairs for sunbathing and a refrigerator.

On or near the property you can see or hear howler monkeys, howler monkeys, geckos, iguanas, garrobos and suddenly ants.
